Terms of Service
Effective: 22 October 2026. Onisokumen Egwu operates Gett2.cc personally from 23 Lucky Freeman Street, Startimes Estate, Okota, Lagos, Nigeria. Questions, complaints and suspension appeals can be sent through the Gett2.cc contact form; no personal email address is published. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
The service and your account
Gett2.cc offers free tools to create short links, smart links and QR codes. You must provide accurate registration information, verify your email and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account except where the law places responsibility on us. Tell us promptly through the contact form if you suspect unauthorised access.
Free accounts currently allow 25 new links in a rolling 24-hour period and 500 links in total. QR codes have a separate allowance of 25 creations per day and 500 stored codes, with request limits to protect service availability. We may change limits prospectively with reasonable notice where practicable. A short link or QR code is not a promise that a destination or the service will remain available forever; keep your own copy of important content.
Your content and acceptable use
You choose the destinations, link text and QR content you create. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit and share that content. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display and route it as part of the service; you keep any rights you already have in your content.
Do not use Gett2.cc for phishing, impersonation, malware, harmful downloads, spam, deceptive redirects, unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, or attempts to evade safety controls or creation limits. Do not use the service to collect sensitive information from others without a lawful basis or to expose another person's private information. We may reject unsafe destinations and investigate reports.
Review, suspension and appeals
Visitors can report a link at gett2.cc/abuse. Reports do not automatically disable a link. After review, we may suspend a link, block a destination hostname, restrict an account or remove content when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal obligations. We will consider the facts and may act urgently where the risk warrants it. Account holders can appeal through the contact form. We may retain evidence for a lawful investigation as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party destinations and availability
Gett2.cc does not operate, endorse or control sites and apps reached through user-created links. Their content, availability and data practices are their operators' responsibility. We take reasonable care in providing our service, but interruptions, errors and third-party failures may occur. We may pause features for maintenance or safety and will give notice when reasonably practicable.
Responsibility and legal limits
You are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful content or misuse of the service to the extent the law permits. We may seek reimbursement for direct, reasonable losses caused by such misuse where the law allows and after giving you a fair opportunity to respond.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation or specific results from links, analytics or QR codes, and we are not responsible for a third-party destination's acts. Any limit on our liability must be read subject to your mandatory legal rights. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that Nigerian law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for our own unlawful conduct, fraud, negligence or breach of statutory duties. There is no promise that these terms eliminate legal responsibility.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms with a new effective date and reasonable advance notice for material changes. Account holders will be asked to accept a new version before continuing to use the workspace. Material changes should not apply retrospectively in a way that removes accrued rights. Contact us first through the contact form so we can try to resolve a concern. Nigerian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
